AHoy! is a pickup reminder app for residents of Atlantic Highlands, NJ. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

We do not sell, share, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third party for any purpose.
Your information is stored securely on our server hosted by Railway (railway.app). We retain your data for as long as you use the app. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
Push notifications are delivered via Expo's push notification service. Your push token is stored on our server and used only to deliver pickup reminders. You can disable push notifications at any time in your iPhone Settings.
We send reminder emails to the address you provide at registration. You can opt out of email reminders by contacting us or adjusting your preferences in the app.
AHoy! is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we make changes to this privacy policy we will update the date below. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
